Fitness edition*:

The fitness edition is designed for gyms, fitness centres and personal trainers who want to obtain nutritional analysis of foods and food intakes, compare energy usage with intake, and do not need to analyse recipes.

The fitness edition provides activity and energy expenditure analysis functions and facilities to create, modify and print foods and food intakes.

It does not include recipe functions.

You can upgrade later to the professional edition by paying the price difference.

Nutrition edition**:

The nutrition edition is designed for dietitians and nutritionists who want to obtain nutritional analysis of foods and food intakes, and analyse recipes, and are not interested in activity and energy expenditure analysis.

The nutrition edition provides facilities to create, modify and print foods, recipes and food intakes.

It does not include the activity and energy expenditure functions.

You can upgrade later to the professional edition by paying the price difference.

Professional edition***:

The professional edition has all the features of both the nutrition and fitness editions plus advanced reporting and configuration functions.

With this version you can alter or add your own RDI standards, add your own nutrients, set up your own BMI levels and configure your own food groups, meal and day categories.

Educational site licenses

An educational site license permits the installation of SERVE on computers owned by the educational establishment and residing within the site premises. The site is a school or campus.  Each computer on which SERVE is installed needs to be registered to obtain a security code to run SERVE.

An educational site license is available for educational use only. It cannot be used for commercial purposes.

The educational site license edition has all the features of the professional edition, and provides facilities to set up separate student users within the same database.


Student standard license

A student standard license is available for educational and personal use only. It cannot be used for commercial purposes.

The student edition provides all the features of both the nutrition and fitness editions.

It is available to students attending a recognised tertiary nutrition course.

The license can be upgraded to any other license on payment of the difference in price between the student standard license and the corresponding full license price.

NUTTAB

NUTTAB is a set of Australian food nutrient data tables which contains over 1800 foods, and 29 nutrients per food.

It contains common nutrients such as energy (Kj and Cal), protein, fat (total, mono, poly, saturated), carbohydrate,

minerals (iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc)

vitamins (retinol, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, nicain equvalents, retinol, b carotene equivalents, vitamin C(ascorbic acid),

and other items ( fibre, acohol, water, cholesterol, sugars, starch)

It does not contain folate.

NUTTAB is provided by ANZFA.

AUSNUT is a set of Australian food nutrient data tables which contains over 4500 foods, and 31 nutrients per food.

It contains common nutrients such as energy (Kj and Cal), protein, fat (total, mono, poly, saturated), carbohydrate,

minerals (iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc)

vitamins (retinol, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, nicain equvalents, niacin tryptophan, retinol, b carotene equivalents, vitamin C(ascorbic acid),

and other items (folate, fibre, acohol, water, cholesterol, sugars, starch)

AUSNUT is provided by FSANZ.

AUSNUT special edition for nutrition labelling

This edition from FSANZ is a set of Australian food nutrient data tables specifically designed for use by the food industry.

It contains over 4500 foods, and 8 nutrients per food (protein, fat, carbohydrate, energy (kJ), sodium, alcohol, saturated fat and sugars.)

FOODFILES

Foodfiles is a set of New Zealand food nutrient data tables which contains over 2950 foods, and 53 nutrients per food.

It contains common nutrients such as energy (Kj and Cal), protein, fat (total, mono, poly, saturated), carbohydrate,

minerals (iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, manganese, selenium, sulphur and zinc)

vitamins (retinol, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, nicain equvalents, b carotene equivalents, biotin, folate, pantothenate,, tryptophan niacin, vitamin A, B6, B12, C(ascorbic acid), D, E

and other items (fibre, acohol, water, cholesterol, sugars, starch,chloride, other fats/glycerol, ash, dry matter, fructose, glucose, lactose, maltose, sucroise, nitrogen, insol. and sol. polysaccharides.)
