Important Notes:
You require Adobe acrobat
to access these training sheets.
This download may take a few minutes, depending
on Internet load and modem speed. Once the download is complete you
will need to unzip the file. In Windows Explorer double click on the
file you have downloaded to unzip it. The WinZip self extractor window
will be displayed. In this window click Browse and select the
folder to extract the files into and click OK(eg. My Documents) Then
click Unzip. when the files have been unzipped, click ok, then
Close the WinZip window. You can now open the training files using Adobe
Acrobat.
